6. her son Ercole (in actual fact: Louis or Alvise), born on 22. November 1505, deceased on 2. March 1563/65, Cardinal since 1527
7. her son Ferrante, Duke of Guastalla, born on 28. January 1507, deceased am 15. November 1557; in April 1531 he married the rich Neapolitan heiress Isabella of Capua, a daughter of the Duke of Tremoli; they had 11 children, of whom five, Filippo, Ercole, Anna, Geronima and Maria, died in their infancy; the following children reached the adulthood: Ippolita (1531-1563), Cesare (1534/37-1575), Francesco (1538-1566), Andrea (1539-1586), Gian Vincenzo (1540-1591) and Ottavio (1543-1583)
8. her daughter Livia, born in 1508, deceased in 1569, since 1516 nun in a Franciscan convent, as Sister Paola she was highly regarded by the citizens of Mantua
