Sforza of Santa Fiora – one daughter (her name probably was Bianca [Maria] or Bona [Maria] ), born in c. 1470, who married Giovanni Galeazzo Visconti, Count of Sesto Calende

  6. her son Ascanio Maria (1455-1505), Abbot of Chiaravalle, Bishop of Pavia, Cremona, Pesaro and Novara and Cardinal since 6. or 17. March 1484
