- her daughter Violanta, born c. 1505, deceased in 1550, in 1520 she became married to Gian Paolo Sforza (1497-1535), first Margrave of Caravaggio, a son of Lodovico il Moro Sforza; their children: Lodovica (c. 1521-after 1561) and Muzio I. (c. 1525-1552)
- her daughter Ippolita, born c. 1518/19; she became nun in the convent of her elder sister Alessandra and took the name "Francesca“
